At Casinghini Manufacturing, we are much more than a simple contract welding shop: we position ourselves as a strategic partner for the construction of complex industrial structures and functional skids. Our strength stems from years of hands-on experience in the field, allowing us to manage every project through an integrated approach. Whether working from a client-furnished drawing or stepping in with our in-house engineering, we are capable of covering the entire lifecycle of the project: from the procurement of raw materials and components, right through to manufacturing processes and after-sales support.
Thanks to a 10-ton overhead crane and wide access bays, our facility is specifically designed to accommodate large-scale projects. In fact, our operational capacity extends well beyond the nominal rating of our crane: we have successfully manufactured massive equipment, including heat exchangers exceeding 20 tons in weight.
To ensure flawless results, we rely on a state-of-the-art and constantly monitored machinery fleet. Every welding machine and auxiliary equipment is calibrated in compliance with current standards (EN IEC 60974-14 and EN 3834-2). Our technical versatility is supported by rotary welding tables with capacities up to 3,500 kg and roller positioners for bulkier components. Completing our equipment lineup are two submerged arc welding (SAW) booms (maximum capacity 3m x 3m), equipped with a calibrated 1000A power source. Our technical expertise is reflected in our mastery of the main welding processes, ranging from TIG (141) and SMAW/Stick (111) to MIG and Submerged Arc Welding (121). Every operation is entrusted exclusively to specialized personnel whose skills are qualified according to rigorous ASME and EN standards and certified by prestigious third-party bodies such as TÜV and INAIL.
Safety and reliability are non-negotiable. We operate according to the highest international standards, as demonstrated by our ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 certifications. To guarantee maximum technical transparency, we prepare Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) upon request and provide a comprehensive Welding Book complete with weld mapping. Quality is monitored internally by our personnel qualified for Visual Testing (VT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), while we rely on a selected network of external partners for mechanical testing and other non-destructive testing (NDT). Finally, to deliver a safe, ready-to-use product, we perform final in-house hydrostatic testing on manufactured products.
