By utilizing CAD software and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations, we are able to optimize the fluid dynamics of the systems as early as the preliminary design phase. Our engineering department performs rigorous stress analyses, ensuring that every system complies with the strictest safety standards and the requirements of the European PED directive and/or the ASME B31.3 (Process Piping) and ASME B31.12 (Hydrogen Piping) standards.
Our production capabilities range from carbon steel to steel alloys and stainless steels. At the heart of our workshop is a team of qualified welders, experts in handling a wide range of wall thicknesses: from thin-walled pipes (Sch. 10/10S) to applications for extremely high pressures (Sch. XXS). Each piping line can be delivered complete with specific surface treatments, such as industrial painting or pickling, to ensure maximum corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
